Motorcycle Shipping Requirements

- To make the delivery as smooth as possible, Performance Auto Carrier requires the following:
- The weight of your motorcycle is needed before shipping
- There must be no fuel in the tank of the motorcycle (Ride until the fuel has emptied or drain what remains in the tank before shipping)
- Ensure the steering is unlocked and the keys are removed
- Extra keys must be shipped, preferably by courier to the delivery location
- Fold in any mirrors the bike may have
- Unlock the motorcycle’s forks
- Secure the battery and cables to prevent electrical shorts
- Check for any fluid leaks
- Remove all loose items as well as empty saddle bags, glove boxes, etc. (These items will not be insured if they are included with your shipment)
- Ensure that the receiver is available by phone
- Ensure there are no damages upon delivery
